We have a 30-day return policy for NEW SHAFTS, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
We can credit you back in 1 of 2 ways:
      a) 100% credit back via in-store gift card (discounts and shipping not refundable)
      b) 85% credit back via original form of payment (15% restocking fee from purchase price, discounts and shipping not refundable)

Exchanges (Not available for purchases of certified used shafts.) -Â We're happy to process a one exchange within 30 days for a different variant of the same model. (example different flex)

Certified Used Shafts - No returns or exchanges accepted for Certified Used Shafts.
Â
Clothing - No refunds or exchanges unless order was processed erroneously by us.
Â
Weights and Accessories - No refunds or exchanges unless order was processed erroneously by us.
Â
Refund for Gifted Items - Return must be filed by original purchaser.
Â
Gift Cards - All Sales Final.

International -Â No returns or exchanges.
Â
International Orders Duties and Fees -Â Customers are responsible for any additional duties and fees that may be assessed by their respective countries and localities.

Refund Only Applies to Product Total -Â Excludes all additional shipping fees incurred (ex express shipping charge)
To start a return
Contact us via our Support Form Here for a return authorization number(write this number on the package) and a return shipping label you will also need your order number.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Used items will not be accepted.
Abused items will not be accepted.

Damage During Shipping Or Order Mistakes(On Our Part)
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Original Payment Refunds(only new items)
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method(less restocking fee).
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too up to 10 business days but usually much sooner, unfortunately this is outside of our control.

Manufacturer Warranty (1 Year From Purchase)

Please contact us via our Support Form Here. Select "Warranty Claim", proof of purchase or order number is required, a brief description of what occurred. We will promptly email you an RA number and return shipping address for you to ship the product back to us at your expense (we will ship replacement for free). Once we receive the shaft we will verify authenticity and cause. If determined shaft failure was caused by a manufacturer defect we will promptly send you a replacement. The replacement will NOT reset the warranty period, new shaft will be covered for the remainder of original warranty.
*Warranty only applies to the original owner.
*Warranty will not be honored for purchases from unauthorized dealers or unauthorized third party sellers (ex. eBay, Amazon).
*All shafts that show inappropriate abuse will also not be accepted.
